Webinar on the ICJ and the Advisory Opinion on the Occupied Territories – Midnight Session
The webinar recordings are now available
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is considering whether it will issue an “Advisory Opinion” about the “legal consequences” of Israel’s “prolonged occupation of occupied Palestinian territory”, and its associated “policies and practices”.
During our two webinar sessions this week, we discussed these matters with fellow international law experts and analyzed the reasons for these proceedings, the nations and organizations participating in this process and the consequences it may bring to international law in general and the State of Israel in particular.
Noon (midnight NZ) session: Andrew Tucker (thinc.), Jonathan Turner (UKLFI), Prof. Gregory Rose.
